Next Top Spiritual Author Round 2 – Voting Has Started

Round two of the Next Top Spiritual Author is now live, and after a LOT of work yesterday, we succeeded in uploading all of our information to the site. You can check it out here: Next Top Author

Just above the video, you will find two links – with the right link you can download a pdf of the first chapter of the book. You can also read the book proposal online by clicking on the left link. The proposal consists of summary,a chapter by chapter outline, our author bios and some complementary titles to help readers decide if The Choice for Consciousness is for them.

And yes, we have to ask you if you would vote again if you like what you read. In this round, 50% of the “marks” come from the public vote and 50% from the panel of experts, who will read the same information which is available to you, plus a detailed marketing plan.

There are 4 weeks of voting and the experts will begin their assessment next week. Only 25 authors will go through to round 3. So we can’t rest – we have to keep that marketing plan rolling!

We’ll definitely have to start the next chapter right away – it was quite a rush to get everything ready on time. Whether we progress in the competition or not, the book will be written. We are learning about publishing and different avenues which are open to us. And we already know how to create e-books.

We are very grateful to everyone who helped us with this round. So thanks to all of you who proof read, edited, created graphics and gave constructive criticism, all of which helped enormously.

Next Top Spiritual Author Round 2

It’s been a while since I last posted, but the reason is a good one! We are through to Round 2 of the Next Top Spiritual Author and have been busy preparing our book proposal.

We had just over 2 weeks to get it together before next Monday’s deadline:

A one page description of the book,
a detailed outline of the book,
a sample chapter,
our author bios,
our complete marketing plan,
and a list of published books/authors that are most like our book

All will be uploaded on Monday 24 May. So it has been a busy time and a busy weekend is ahead of us, but it is fun.

We are now creating the final versions of all the documents listed above and have had lots of feedback, comments, and constructive criticism from friends – both those who are familiar with Eloheim and those who are not and who have kindly read our work.

So thanks to all of you for your help.

Now I understand why some authors take years to write a book and why their thank you list is so long:)

On Monday you will be able to read chapter one and the outline. I’ll post again when it is live. And voting starts again and yes, we have to ask you all to vote for us again in the second round.

Tools for Transformation

Last night Eloheim discussed almost all of the tools they have given us. The group in Sonoma and the “internet people” who joined the webcast helped to put these into a framework for the book. We now have a flowchart containing the steps needed to get to ascension and a description of the tools to help us master each step. Over 50 tools came up – we may have several books there!
We now have to write the outline and first chapter for the Next Top Spiritual Author contest – if we get through to the next round.

With just a few days to go till the end of Round One – voting ends at 12 midnight Pacific Time on Monday, we are focusing on getting the book in shape – whether we advance to the next round or not.

Next Top Spiritual Author Round Two

It’s now the final week of round one of The Next Top Spiritual Author competition and we are still in the running for a place in round 2.

Round 2 includes public voting again – this time you are able to submit constructive criticism. The book proposals will also be read by a panel of experts.

If you haven’t already voted and would like to, go to Vote For Eloheim!

We are giving away some free passes to this week’s webcast – 7.30 pm Pacific time tomorrow, Wednesday 28th. If you have voted but haven’t yet told us, please go to I Voted and send us a message saying I’ve voted. – there are still some passes left:) So if you are a fan of Eloheim’s teachings, we’d love to “see” you on a webcast.

If you can’t make tomorrow or live in a different timezone, we are also giving away some passes for a Sunday webcast which is at 3 pm Pacific time and takes place the 3rd Sunday of each month.

The final results of the first round will be calculated on 3rd May. In the meantime we’ve been told to start preparation for round 2, which is where the work of writing really starts.

We have to provide a brief description of the book and a detailed outline, covering each chapter. If possible, we should also submit the first chapter. In addition we have to submit a marketing plan.

So, we will be busy if we get through! The publishers have recommended that everyone follows the steps as we will all be able to submit our books after the competition.

Manifest Your Desires – Is it really possible?

Is it really possible to manifest your desires? So many people have applied the law of attraction to manifesting their desires, but have been unsuccessful. Why is this and if it’s happening to you, how can you change it?

We asked Eloheim for some insight into this situation and they said that the key to manifesting your desires is to hold them in the present moment. And the way to do this is to write down a list of short factual statements which say why you want to manifest the particular desired result.

Then observe how you rush off into the past and the future which your thoughts about why you can’t have what you want or didn’t get it last time you tried. Once you notice your habitual responses, you can focus on what you want and why you want it.

The problem for most people is that they think about why they want something, they end up creating the opposite. Here’s how it works – say you want more money and one of the reasons is that you want to be able to pay your bills on time. If you then start thinking about all the bills you have and how you can’t pay them on time, you are attracting the opposite of what you want.
